WHY & HOW TO GIVE

Giving is one of the greatest blessings for a follower of Jesus. Paul reminds us of what Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Those who have made giving as part of their Christian journey can attest to the beautiful reality of that simple truth.

We have added online contributions to give our members more flexibility and ease in giving. You have the option to give one time or to set up recurring giving. Our provider also allows you to track all you have given throughout the year!

 

TYPES OF GIVING

Tithing
The word “tithe” literally means tenth or 10%. A tithe is the first ten percent of your income. This is one way to teach us that God must be our number one priority. Tithing is a reminder that God is the supplier of everything we have, and is His personal invitation to an outpouring of His blessing in your life.

Offering
An offering is giving that goes beyond your tithes to fund the different ministries that Apostolic Faith Church is involved in. Your offering helps support and pour into a variety of instrumental ministries, and through a monetary gift, you can help impact the following areas:

- Worldwide Missions
- Special Needs & Projects
- Buildings & Facilities

 

FIVE WAYS TO GIVE

1. Through Your Bank
    Offerings can be given from your bank by setting up Apostolic Faith Church as a vendor; your bank can then send   

    scheduled offerings to Apostolic Faith Church.

2. On Our Website
    Offerings can be given directly from your desktop or tablet.

3. On Your Mobile Phone
    Offerings can be given from your phone anytime, anywhere. Just visit our website on your phone and go to the Give page.

4. Service Offering
    During the service: Love offerings and/or titles can be dropped inside an "offering/tithes Dropbox."  Available in the

    lobby, near the middle door.  Please ask if you did not see it.
